In 1983, Aryan Deed Gostar Company commenced its operations under the name of “Iran Ghate Saz” and the trademark IGS, establishing itself as the first producer of wiper blades for light and heavy vehicles with an annual capacity of 3.5 million pieces.
Commencement of Operations
With over forty years of dedicated efforts by experienced Iranian specialists, a focus on research and development, and the utilization of the latest technology in the industry, we have been able to produce high-quality products that meet the standards of the country’s automotive factories. By maintaining communication with key European sources and continuously updating our technical knowledge, we have positioned ourselves as one of the top suppliers in the country’s automotive industry. The achievement of ISO9002 certification in 1998, the license to use the standard mark from the ISIRI, and the research and development license from the Ministry of Industries in 1999, as well as the accreditation of the laboratory and recognition as a model company by the ISIRI in 2000, serve as evidence of the company’s commitment to excellence.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Manufacturing Capabilities ADG’s extensive production, molding, laboratory, and quality control facilities, combined with the expertise of its engineering staff, enable the manufacturing of a wide range of automotive parts. Presently, our products serve as original equipment in the assembly lines of all domestic automakers, including Iran Khodro, Iran Khodro Diesel, Saipa, Pars Khodro, Zamyad, Bahman Group, and are also distributed nationwide as spare parts through their after-sales service networks. As pioneers in the country’s auto parts industry, we have prioritized the following goals in our mission:
Production Line
1. Upgrading production technology through collaboration with reputable foreign manufacturers.
2. Obtaining IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 international standards certification from DQS company.
3. Receiving accreditation as a partner laboratory from the ISIRI.
4. Implementing and adhering to ISO/IEC 17025 standard requirements for the laboratory.
5. Utilizing modern quality management methods and tools such as Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Hoshin Kanri.
